Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

• We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed or sent.
• Orders placed before 6 PM are processed the same night, so they cannot be canceled after this time.
• Orders placed after 6 PM can be canceled until 6 PM the next day by emailing us at info@handswork.shop.

Return & Replacement Policy

• We offer a product replacement guarantee if the product is defective or has an issue during download.
• If you encounter a problem, please contact us, and we will resolve it immediately by providing a new download link or replacing the product with a fully functional version.

Return Process

1. Send an email to info@handswork.shop explaining the issue and attaching proof (such as a screenshot).
2. Once we review the case, we will provide a technical solution or a replacement product within 2-3 business days.
